Kendall Greer is a first-year clinical psychology doctoral student at Gordon F. Derner School of Psychology, Adelphi University. He received his BA at The University of Connecticut, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Human Development and Family Studies. He received his MA in Psychology at Southern Connecticut State University. He has experience working as a mental health counselor for an intensive in-home program servicing youth at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. His current interests entail intergenerational trauma, the therapeutic alliance between a client and clinician, the treatment efficacy of youth and young adults from oppressed backgrounds and social justice.
